Join us for a day trip on  board our comfortable 12 meter dive boat "Ruku Moana"

Ruku Moana comfortably dives up to 8 divers and travels at 20 knots, with a toilet, shower , dry area and tea and coffee facilities on board, you can be assured of a great comfortable day out. 

We run two types of Dive Trips - Local Charters and Advanced Boat Trips.

Local Charters are suitable for all divers.

Advanced Boat trips are to our deeper or more challenging sites  as such are not suitable for Open Water Divers. These trips are limited to 6  people. 

Hire gear is available at an additional cost of $50 per day. 

Trip destination for both trips will be decided on the day by your skipper and dive guide and will depend on weather conditions. Local charters will go to a shallow and shelter site, advanced trips  will go further afield to deeper or more challenging sites.  Possible destinations include Motiti Island, Mayor Island, Okaparu Reef, The Taioma , Astrolabe Reef ( The wreck of The Rena), and Plate Island.  Check out our dive sites page for full descriptions on these sites. 

Booking for these trips are essential as numbers for each trip are limited and they do fill up.

Cancellation / Transfer Policy
Transfer of dates within 1 week of the trip date  - $50 transfer fee
This fee is applicable every time you transfer dates.
Once trips are booked and paid for there is no refund available, unless we cancel due to weather.
